VERY VERY important do not leave any lighted candle unattended as herds may catch fire and especially when the candle gets to the bottom put on a heat prove service make sure it is clear of anything around the candle that may catch fire as the flames can get very high .And some times the candle flame may make crackling sound that is normal

I would light the candle when you are relaxed and calm at the beginning or end of week at night is best .And wish or meditate upon the flames and aromas saying your hearts desire if you want to put the candle out NEVER blow it out just use the lid and close it or if you have a snuffer you can use that but do not blow it out try not to let candle burn for longer then 3 hours at a time
